Mindful Mondays
Join us every Monday evening for a calming space designed to support youth in nurturing their mental and emotional well-being. Through guided breathing exercises, reflective journaling, and heart-centered check-ins, participants will learn practical tools for self-awareness, stress management, and resilience. Mindful Mondays encourages young people to pause, breathe, and connect—with themselves and with others—in a supportive and empowering environment.
