Centered Flow: Community Yoga

Participants engage in a gentle mind-body wellness practice session of yoga. This portion of the program focuses on cultivating balance, strength, and inner calm. Activities include:

  • Accessible movement and stretching to release tension and increase flexibility

  • Breathwork practices to regulate stress and strengthen focus

  • Guided mindfulness and meditation to deepen self-awareness and resilience
