Join us for a serene and soul-nourishing morning in nature as Tribe Called Free Spirit partners with Khay Kare to host “Free Your Mind”, a mindfulness workshop designed to ground, restore, and uplift. This community-centered event offers a peaceful escape into breathwork, guided meditation, light movement, and intention setting—under the open sky.
This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a celebration of wellness, community, and the beauty of showing up for yourself. We’re proud to support local, Black-owned wellness spaces like Tribe Called Free Spirit, and to build a network of healing through collaboration and collective care. When we pour into small businesses, we strengthen the roots of our community.
